ACR ResQLink 435 View RLS Personal Locator Beacon – Essential Safety Gear
ACR ResQLink View 435 RLS – GPS Buoyant PLB with Digital Display & Return Link Service
The ACR ResQLink View 435 RLS is the top-of-the-range ResQLink beacon. It has all the life-saving tech of the 410 – GPS + Galileo, 406 MHz distress signal, 121.5 MHz homing and Return Link Service (RLS) – and adds a digital display that shows live status, GPS information and RLS confirmation.
Instead of just flashing a light, the screen talks you through activation, GPS lock and transmission, then confirms when your distress alert has been received and your location detected by the Cospas-Sarsat / Galileo system. In a real emergency, that extra feedback can be a huge boost to confidence and calm.
With 28+ hours operational life, built-in buoyancy and no subscription fees, the ResQLink View 435 RLS is the beacon for people who want the most advanced, user-friendly PLB ACR makes.
Why choose the ResQLink View 435 RLS?
Return Link Service (RLS) with on-screen confirmation
When your distress message and location have been received and localized by the Cospas-Sarsat system, the beacon confirms this with a flashing blue light and a clear message on the display. RLS tells you your alert has been received and routed to search-and-rescue authorities, instead of leaving you wondering if the signal worked.
Digital display – clear guidance during an emergency
The View’s screen gives step-by-step feedback: GPS acquisition, antenna/position tips, countdown to 406 MHz transmission, 121.5 MHz homing status and recently acquired GPS coordinates. You can literally see what the beacon is doing throughout the rescue process.
Triple signal technology
Three integrated layers of signalling – GPS/Galileo positioning, 406 MHz distress alert and 121.5 MHz homing – quickly and accurately relay your position to the global Cospas-Sarsat rescue network and then help aircraft and ground teams zero in on you.
Buoyant, rugged and waterproof
Small, buoyant and built to handle serious weather. The ResQLink View 435 RLS is waterproof to 5 m for 1 hour or 10 m for 10 minutes, and engineered to cope with knocks, spray, snow and cold.
Strobe and infrared strobe
A high-intensity white LED strobe plus an infra-red strobe make you easier to find in darkness or low visibility, including for rescuers using night-vision gear.
No subscription fees
As with the 400 and 410, there are no ongoing subscription costs. Just register the beacon and replace the battery at 5 years or after an emergency activation.
5-year battery, 28+ hours operational life
The View’s battery is rated for 5 years standby and 28+ hours minimum operation once activated – more runtime than the 410 RLS.
Versatile mounting options
Supplied with multifunction clips so you can mount it on a lifejacket, harness, belt or pack strap. Easy to keep on your person instead of buried in a pack.
Ideal for
Tramping and hiking in demanding terrain
Alpine, snow and backcountry missions
Offshore and coastal boating, jet-boating and paddling
Hunters and 4x4 / off-road explorers
Guides, instructors and professional users who want maximum feedback
